Terms of Service

These terms describe the conditions for using Gapper. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Gapper is an independent League of Legends statistics project. It provides champion information, player searches, profiles, match history, and statistics about roles, same-role matchups, items, runes and summoner spells. Features and regional coverage may change.

Gapper is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Riot Games. League of Legends and related game content belong to Riot Games. The required Riot disclaimer appears in the footer.

Gapper retrieves game and player information through Riot Games APIs and uses game assets and metadata from Data Dragon and CommunityDragon. API availability, permissions and data supplied by those services may limit what Gapper can display. Using Gapper does not grant access to a Riot account or alter your separate relationship with Riot Games.

Use Gapper lawfully. Do not attempt to access private systems or credentials, bypass access controls or rate limits, overload the service, interfere with other users, or use player information for harassment, impersonation or unlawful profiling. We may restrict abusive access when necessary to protect the service and its users.

Statistics may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect or based on small samples. Current champion statistics use collected EUW Ranked Solo/Duo matches involving currently Emerald+ seed players; they do not verify the rank of every participant or represent every League match.

A matchup win rate describes the selected champion's team result against a same-role opponent, not lane performance. Builds reflect recorded match data, not guaranteed optimal choices. Gapper does not guarantee game results, continuous availability or error-free information.

Riot Games retains its rights in its names, trademarks, champions, artwork and other game content. Other content and software remain the property of their respective owners and subject to applicable licences. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond those permitted by the relevant owner or law.

Gapper depends on Riot Games, CommunityDragon, Supabase and Vercel. Their services may change or become unavailable, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. See Gapper's Privacy Policy for how player and match information is processed.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Gapper is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. This does not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow to be limited.

Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will be brought to users' attention where required by law. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law.

Gapper is an independently operated project, not a registered company. Its operator is responsible for the service and the personal data processing described in the Privacy Policy.
